Sodium hypochlorite generator is one of the disinfection and sterilization equipment for water treatment. The equipment uses table salt or industrial salt as raw material to produce sodium hypochlorite solution through electrolytic reaction.

working principle
1. The sodium hypochlorite generator is a combined form. It is added into the electrolytic tank through dilute brine metering, and then the cathode and anode DC power supply are connected through the rectifier to generate sodium hypochlorite by electrolysis.
2. The brine solution contains several kinds of ions such as Na, H, etc. According to the electrolysis theory, when the electrode is inserted, under a certain voltage, the electrolyte solution will conduct electricity due to the movement of the ions and the electrode reaction. At this time, the negative ions such as CL - and OH - move to the anode, while the positive ions such as Na+and H+move to the cathode, and discharge on the corresponding electrode, so as to conduct the redox reaction and produce the corresponding substances.
3. The sodium hypochlorite generator is composed of electrolytic cell, silicon rectifier electric control cabinet, salt dissolving tank, cooling system and supporting UPVC pipes, valves, water jets, flow meters, etc. Add the diluted salt solution into the electrolytic tank, connect the 12V DC power supply, and produce sodium hypochlorite by adjusting the electrolytic current. The disinfectant is absorbed and mixed by the water ejector, or sent out by the metering pump through the mixer.
