Product introduction
SHXGL high efficiency fiber filter is the second generation fiber bundle filter developed by our company. It is a major technical improvement and innovation based on the accumulated operating experience of the first generation filter.
High efficiency fiber filter is composed of fixed perforated plate, movable perforated plate, fiber bundle, air distribution device, etc. The movable orifice plate can move up and down. During filtration, the pores of the filter material along the water direction change from large to small, and the fiber density increases. The filtration process includes both vertical and horizontal deep filtration, effectively improving the filtering accuracy and filtering speed. During cleaning, the fiber shall reach a loose state. At the same time, the method of gas hydration washing shall be adopted. During the process of bubble gathering and dispersion and hydraulic flushing, the fiber shall be in a constant shaking state, and the filter material shall be regenerated under the action of downward water power and upward bubbles.

working principle
High efficiency fiber bundle filter is a pressure fiber bundle filter with advanced performance. It uses a new type of bundle soft filler (fiber) as the filter element of the filter. Its filter material diameter can reach tens of microns or even several microns, and has the advantages of large specific surface area and small filtering resistance. It solves the problem that the filtering accuracy of granular filter material is limited by the particle size of filter material. The small diameter of the filter material greatly increases the specific surface area and surface free energy of the filter material, increases the contact opportunity between the impurities in the water and the filter material, and increases the adsorption capacity of the filter material, thus improving the filtering efficiency and sewage interception capacity.
In order to give full play to the advantages of the bundled fiber filter material, the cross section in the filter layer of the filter along the water flow direction is gradually reduced, the density is gradually increased (the pull rope inside the cylinder can adjust the fiber bundle compression), and the corresponding filter layer gap diameter and gap are gradually reduced, realizing the ideal deep layer filtration. When the filter layer is polluted and needs to be cleaned and regenerated, it can be easily cleaned with water and gas.
Performance characteristics
1. Simple structure and easy operation.
2. High filtration precision: after coagulation treatment of raw water, the removal of suspended solids can reach more than 90%, the turbidity of effluent can be controlled at zero, and the impurities such as bacteria, viruses, macromolecular organics can be significantly removed.
3. Fast filtering speed: 3-5 times of traditional filter. Up to 50m/h.
4. Large sewage interception capacity: 2-4 times of traditional filter.
5. Small floor space: SHXGL high efficiency fiber filter occupies only 1/3 - 1/5 times of the traditional filter to produce the same amount of water, greatly saving capital investment.
6. There is no need to replace the filter element: it can be easily cleaned with gas and water after stacking the sewage to restore the filtering performance.

matters needing attention
1. After the equipment is put into operation, the filter material has an activation process. After 8-12 hours, the filtering accuracy will gradually improve.
2. The main cleaning method of the equipment is backwashing. The backwashing method is air water combined backwashing. The duration of backwashing varies according to the specific use conditions. The general principle is to observe the backwashing water. The backwashing process can be ended when the water gradually becomes clear or close to clean water.
3. In the long-term operation of the equipment, under specific conditions, a large amount of organic matter and oil may be accumulated on the surface of the fiber filter material. It can even breed microorganisms, which will significantly increase the running resistance of the equipment, reduce the filtering accuracy, and reduce the water yield. It can be soaked in sodium hydroxide solution for 24 hours.
4. The equipment shall be stored with full water during shutdown.
