Product introduction
Valveless filter is another type of fast filter, which is a relatively new type of filter widely used in China in the past 10 years. Since this filter tank is not equipped with valves in structure, but relies on the siphon principle of hydraulics to automatically feed water and backwash, it is called a valveless filter tank. This filter is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, small and medium-sized water supply projects in towns and villages.

      working principle
Based on hydraulic principle, siphon generation and destruction are automatically controlled by the pressure difference of inlet and outlet water to realize automatic operation of filter tank. ① After the raw water enters the filter tank from the inlet pipe, it passes through the filter bed from top to bottom. The filtered water enters the top water storage tank through the connecting pipe. After the tank is full, the filtered water is discharged into the clean water tank through the outlet pipe. ② With the filtration process, the head loss increases gradually, and the water level in the siphon riser rises gradually. When the water level reaches the nozzle of the siphon auxiliary pipe, the wastewater will fall from the auxiliary pipe, and the air at the top of the siphon will be sucked. In a short time, the siphon will enter the backwashing stage of the working filter tank due to the negative pressure. ③ The clear water in the water storage tank passes through the filter bed from top to bottom, and the backwash water is discharged into the drainage well through the siphon. ④ When the water level of the water tank drops to the siphon damage mouth, the siphon absorbs air, the siphon is damaged, the backwashing is completed, and the filter tank returns to the filtering state.
      Performance characteristics
1. The inlet, outlet, flushing and drainage of the valveless filter do not use valves. It operates automatically by hydraulic action and has low operating costs.
2. No special person is required for operation and management, which can save a lot of daily operation and maintenance costs.

matters needing attention
1. In frozen areas, the filter should be placed indoors.
2. The electromagnetic flowmeter should be set in front of the valveless filter to ensure the treated water volume; If the water volume is too low, the valveless filter cannot be siphoned and backwashed normally. If the water volume is too high, the filtering effect will be affected.
3. Siphon pipe, siphon auxiliary pipe, air extraction pipe, siphon damage pipe and other devices shall be installed without air leakage after maintenance, and special attention shall be paid to flange joints, screw valves and other connections.
4. After the filter tank starts to work, regularly check whether the filter material surface is flat or has cracks, so as to make timely adjustment.
5. The water storage capacity of the two flushing water tanks can be used for backwashing of one filter tank. During normal operation, the two flushing water tanks are connected. When one filter tank is overhauled, the flange of the connecting pipe can be covered. At this time, if the filter material is not cleaned, forced backwashing can be carried out by manual operation after the water tank is filled again.
6. The backwashing of valveless filter shall be equipped with auxiliary siphon facilities, and devices for adjusting flushing intensity and forced flushing shall be provided.
