Product introduction
Ultrafiltration is one of the membrane separation technologies driven by pressure. The purpose is to separate macromolecules from small molecules.
In the ultrafiltration process, the water depth solution flows through the membrane surface under the pressure. The deep agent (water) smaller than the membrane pore and the small molecule solute permeable membrane become the purification solution (filtrate). The solute and solute group larger than the membrane pore are intercepted and discharged with the water flow to become the deep condensed liquid. The ultrafiltration process is dynamic filtration, and the separation is completed in the flow state. The solute only deposited on the membrane surface, the ultrafiltration rate declined to a certain extent and tended to be balanced, and could be recovered by cleaning.
The ultrafiltration device, like the reverse osmosis device, has the forms of plate type, tube type (internal pressure tubular type and external pressure tube bundle type), roll type, hollow fiber type, etc. Concentration polarization is a natural phenomenon in membrane separation process. How to minimize this phenomenon is one of the important topics of ultrafiltration technology. At present, the following measures have been taken: ① increase the water flow velocity on the membrane surface to reduce the thickness of the boundary layer and enable the trapped solute to be taken away from the water in time; ② Take physical or chemical washing measures.

Ultrafiltration membrane is a pure physical process of separating, purifying, purifying and concentrating substances in the feed liquid by using nano physical aperture under a certain pressure. Ultrafiltration has a wide range of functions. It can remove impurities such as suspended solids, colloids, chroma, turbidity, organic matter, bacteria and coliform bacteria. With the development of membrane preparation process, ultrafiltration is used more and more widely. At present, ultrafiltration membrane technology has been used in seawater desalination, reclaimed water reuse, reverse osmosis system pretreatment, condensate treatment and ultra pure water preparation. Compared with conventional pretreatment, ultrafiltration technology has standardized design, less investment, high output, no need for continuous dosing, high stability, less labor, small floor area, and high degree of automation, Convenient operation and other advantages.
