      working principle

MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical steam recompression technology. MVR technology refers to that the secondary steam generated by material evaporation is compressed by the steam compressor to increase its temperature, pressure and enthalpy, and then enters the shell side of the heater to heat the heated materials. After the materials obtain heat, the secondary steam generated by boiling vaporization enters the steam compressor again to be compressed and heated, so as to realize the recycling of secondary steam. The idea is to recycle the latent heat of the secondary steam, so as to replace the heat energy consumed by coal burning with electric energy. It recovers latent heat, improves thermal efficiency, reduces the demand for external heating and cooling resources, reduces energy consumption and reduces pollution.

      Main features:
● Low comprehensive energy consumption. During startup, a proper amount of raw steam is required, while during normal operation, only a small amount of raw steam is required, and the power consumption for evaporation per ton of water is 25~50KW;
● Low requirements for peripheral conditions. Only a small condenser is required, which greatly reduces the circulating amount of cooling water and reduces the load of the cooling tower of the user unit;
● As the compressor is used to provide heat source, compared with traditional evaporator, small temperature difference can achieve mild evaporation, greatly improving product quality and reducing the probability of scaling;
● Compact layout, low construction cost, and great advantage over traditional multi effect evaporator in floor area;
● Fully automatic working process, simple operation, CIP cleaning pipeline is equipped inside the equipment, which can realize on-site cleaning, and there is no dead space for cleaning the whole equipment in terms of operation;
● Strong adaptability for low load operation, large operating flexibility and long service life of the device.
● Although MVR equipment has a large one-time investment compared with multi effect equipment, the recovery benefit is obvious. Generally, the payback period is about one year.
